Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the 7z77 online gaming platform, accessible at 7z77.bio (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

7z77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied before you may register an account or use any feature of the Platform.

• 1.1You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. 7z77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• 1.2You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• 1.3You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 7z77, nor an immediate family member of such a person, nor acting on their behalf.
• 1.4You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with 7z77 or any other gaming platform. Attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• 2.1You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name and the Bangladesh mobile number you will use for payment processing. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• 2.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number and password). 7z77 will treat any activity performed using your credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 7z77 support immediately.
• 2.3Duplicate accounts (multiple accounts held by the same individual) are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7z77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances accrued through the duplicate accounts.
• 2.47z77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued national ID, passport or driving licence.
• 2.57z77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms, in a manner that is fraudulent or abusive, or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed through the supported Bangladeshi mobile payment channels. 7z77 does not hold or process funds through international wire transfer, credit card or cryptocurrency.

Deposits

• 3.1Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad and Rocket only. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. 7z77 reserves the right to update these limits with prior notice.
• 3.2Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the Platform only. 7z77 reserves the right to decline any deposit that it has reason to believe originates from an unlawful source or is made on behalf of a third party.
• 3.3All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ Taka symbol used on the Platform refers exclusively to BDT. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the player.

Withdrawals

• 3.4Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket mobile number used for the account's most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. 7z77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 3.57z77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance or where additional verification is required. 7z77 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 3.67z77 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud or a breach of these Terms. In such cases 7z77 will notify the player and, if the investigation concludes in the player's favour, will process the withdrawal promptly.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7z77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• 4.2Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Registering a duplicate account to claim a second welcome bonus constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 4.37z77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, the player will be given notice of the change and may withdraw any unplayed deposited funds without penalty.
• 4.4Free spin offers, where applicable, are credited to the eligible game specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer terms. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the offer or, where no expiry is stated, within seventy-two (72) hours of being credited.
• 4.5Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly (prior to satisfying wagering requirements), or applied to any account other than the one to which they were credited. Any attempt to transfer, sell or otherwise deal in bonus credits constitutes an abuse of the bonus system and may result in account closure.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

• 5.1Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the Platform or manipulate any game outcome.
• 5.2Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• 5.3Colluding with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage, including sharing information about live dealer hands, exploiting software errors or engaging in any form of match-fixing in relation to sportsbook markets.
• 5.4Registering more than one account, using false identity information, registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to place bets or conduct any transactions.

6. Responsible Gaming

7z77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms.

• 6.1Players may set deposit limits, session time limits or loss limits through their account settings at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours before taking effect, to ensure increases are deliberate and considered.
• 6.2Players may request a temporary time-out (a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks) or a longer self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) through their account settings or by contacting 7z77 customer support. During any time-out or self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• 6.37z77 takes the welfare of its players seriously. If you are concerned that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool, speak to a trusted person, or seek guidance from a recognised problem-gambling support service. 7z77 will never pressure a self-excluded player to return to the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, data and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 7z77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 7z77.

The 7z77 brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of 7z77. Unauthorised use of any 7z77 trademark, including in any domain name, social media handle or advertising material, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations on 7z77's liability apply to all players using the Platform.

• 8.17z77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of business, even if 7z77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8.27z77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 8.3The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7z77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses. 7z77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages or regulatory action.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

7z77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform message at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
